Agreement
These terms apply when you download or play Arrows Jungle – Puzzle Escape or any other game published by AFBS Games (“we”, “us”), and when you use this website. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the game.
How we handle information is described separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Your licence to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own private entertainment. We keep every right not expressly granted to you here.
What you may not do
- Copy, sell, rent, sub-licence, or otherwise distribute the game or any part of it.
- Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the game, except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
- Use cheats, automation, modified clients, or other tools to alter progress, coins, or rewards.
- Interfere with advertising, or attempt to generate ad impressions or rewards by artificial means.
- Remove or obscure any copyright, trade mark, or other proprietary notice.
Coins and rewards
The game includes virtual coins and hints that you earn by playing or by choosing to watch a rewarded ad. They cannot be purchased. There are no in-app purchases in the game.
- Coins and hints have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value outside the game.
- They cannot be transferred, sold, or traded between players, devices, or accounts.
- They exist only on your device. If you uninstall the game, clear its data, or switch devices, your coins and progress are lost and cannot be restored by us.
- We may change how coins are earned, spent, or balanced in future updates.
Advertising
The game is free and is funded by advertising supplied through Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional — you choose whether to watch one. We do not control which specific ads are shown to you and are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for anything you buy from an advertiser.
Updates and availability
The game plays offline, but we may release updates that change, add, or remove features. We may also stop distributing or supporting a game at any time. We do not promise that the game will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.
Ownership
The game, including its levels, code, artwork, sound, and the AFBS Games and Arrows Jungle names and logos, belongs to us and is protected by copyright and other laws. Playing the game does not transfer any ownership to you.
Google Play
The game is distributed through Google Play, and your use of that store is subject to Google’s own terms. Google is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the game. Any store-level issue, such as a download problem, should be raised with Google Play.
Disclaimer
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the game, including lost progress, lost coins, or device problems. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Termination
You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the game. We may suspend or end your licence if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive — ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — continue to apply afterwards.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update this page and change the “last updated” date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the country in which you reside, and nothing here removes any mandatory consumer protection you have under that law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
